BIKRAM CERTIFIED TEACHERS

Our classes will be taught exclusively by graduates of Bikram Yoga College of India’s 9 week Teacher Training program, led by Bikram Choudhury. Through that process his future teachers learn the true meaning of discipline, humility, compassion, how to love themselves and others, and what it means to lead a group of students towards a higher purpose. There are many teacher trainings in the yoga world, but this program is unique.

Bikram Yoga

Every class is the same. The same postures in the same order for the same amount of time, however you will find it impossible to achieve a level of complacency as each day your body/mind are different, every class presents it’s own challenges for you. There will be students of widely varying experience levels in each class. There may be a student taking their first class on a mat next to a student who has been practicing for 10 years.

Bikram Yoga is designed for all ages, body types and experience levels.
